★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really a true construction manager, they low ball the fee proposal and then turn around and self preform a ton of work they shouldn't be with an enormous mark up. No public tenders and taking valuable work from other taxpayers and no way to tell if their bill for self preformed work is fair. Government bureaucrats fall for it all the time and in the end TAXPAYERS end up paying for it while making Unitech rich. They act in their own interests, not in the interest of their clients
