Dr Gagnon qui prend toujours tout le temps pour répondre à nos questions en profondeur❤ de la réception à l'infirmière jusqu au médecin, toute l'équipe vaut de l'or ❤ merci d'être comme vous êtes ! I am followed for my pregnancy I am now in the 38th week of pregnancy I LOVE the team everyone is superhuman. Dr. Gagnon, who always takes the time to answer our questions in depth❤ from the reception to the nurse to the doctor, the whole team is worth the gold ❤ thank you for being as you are!

Il faut constamment se battre à rappeler, on attend un retour d'appel tel que promis à une date donnée par eux et ce retour d'appel de vient tout simplement pas, après 4 semaines de rappels aucune conclusion, toujours dans l'attente. I have a family doctor there and the administrative assistants service is not good at all. You have to constantly fight to call back, you wait for a return call as promised on a date given by them and this return call simply does not come, after 4 weeks of reminders no conclusion, still pending.

Very courteous staff, very attentive to our needs, always finds an appointment quickly, nice clean place, great doctor and even when I come across a student the appointment is not too long and they are competent and well followed by their doctor guide.

Belle bande d'incompétent It takes forever for the doctors to answer their faxes! They tell you 24 to 48 hours for an answer and 2 weeks later your still nothing! Nice bunch of incompetent
