★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem appeared late Saturday. We called Unionville Heating and they came first thing Monday morning as we requested, and installed a new motor on my furnace. The workmen were pleasant and very efficient. They arrived when they said they would and wasted no time fixing the problem. Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning have maintained my furnace and A/C for many years now, and I would not think of calling anyone else. The staff and contact people are so courteous. I am completely satisfied with their services.

They were there in a few hours, repaired the issue quickly and cleanly as usual. Pricing was quite reasonable. I've been used them several times over the years and have never been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace died in the morning at -20c. Called Unionville Heating and they answered right way. Lisa was super pleasant, polite and reassuring.
From that moment on everything she and the rest of the staff said would happen….happened! I was immediately and happily peppered with phone calls, text messages and emails. Now that is good, responsive customer service and the way to run a business properly. Reliable, honest, trust-worthy and confidence inspiring. Lots of people manufacture and install furnaces but the people in the company make all the difference. Thanks again to top notch Lisa, Jesse, Eric, Nick, Peter and John the owner who personally called me several times to explain all the what, where, when, why and how. Highly recommend Unionvile Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks again. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our by-pass humidifier is not really making any difference, so called this place and got the fan powered humidifier installed. The staff is very friendly and professional. Provided good information and advises regarding different kind of products and services. Technician arrived on time, did a perfect job, even took all the garbage when he left. Highly recommended!!

John is very honest and cares about his customers and not just about collecting a paycheck like most other companies out there, his guys also went out of their way to help us with our new hotwater tank and were very respectful in our home. They were super accommodating and worked with our schedule and availability. The guys came and went like there were never here. Everything left clean and undisturbed and the work was top notch. We know we chose the right company! I would 1000% recommend to my family and friends.
We ourselves just experienced the 5 star reviews this company constantly receives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeffery came to investigate my furnace problem. Came at exact time as promised. Very friendly and took time for a thorough inspection. Explain to me what he was doing as I was with him (while maintaining social distancing). I was very impressed by him letting me know what was happening and how he went about locating my furnace problem. My problem has not recurred and now I hardly notice my furnace running after his furnace fix.
I have been their satisfied customer for more than 30 years. Furnace is crucial to house living and being responsive to emergency calls and living up to its promises are key to this company's success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When do you need a new furnace? When it’s the coldest outside, of course. The Staff at Unionville Heating and Air Conditioning are a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and helpful. My new furnace installation was done very efficiently and more than exceeded my expectations. Dave consulted with me before the installation. He was able to answer all my questions about how the install day would happen. It was very clear to me that Dave and the Staff have done this kind of work before.
I was very impressed with Nick and Dave’s work ethic. They wasted no time on installation day. Every task was performed with quality in mind. Nick’s expert skills in gas fitting were evident. When the job was complete, they cleaned up and left the work area cleaner than before they arrived. The Goodman dual-stage furnace is also excellent! It is much quieter than any furnace I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend Unionville Heating for your next furnace replacement and installation.
