★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insane pricing on shabby items. Sadly, this store has no clue how to grade. LP's like Toronto, or Trooper which are $10 records at the best of times are $20 plus here. They have "sterling" grading stickers on LP's with completely worn covers. Vancouver has several shops with way higher overhead selling better product for much less money. Don't know if this is the only game in town for Kelowna but its insane. Lawrence Welk in the new arrivals/used LP section. Come on guys, thrift store junk? Really? That's the flag you've planted? I get record stores are not exactly the road to riches but how this works for them long run is a mystery to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever going to a record store in BC, called ahead to see if they had the selection and Andrea was a gem to speak with. She went back to looked called me back within 10mins and had all the cd's pulled to the front.
She was incredible and would return just to have her help me. Thank for the George and Alanis cd's i know my parents will treasure it with them as they fly back home.
Andrea you rock n roll ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection is great, near unmatched, but the prices are a bit steep. I found several records in less than stellar condition asking more than 20 dollars, that in another store, near mint, commands less than 10. You could easily spend a few hours in there walking down memory lane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique and comfortable environment for browsing a plentifully stocked collection of well-curated records. Its a wonder I didn't spend several hours in this store looking through a diverse selection of popular and obscure music, as I certainly could have with ease. I didn't make any purchases during my visit, as I recalled many prices I have seen online being cheaper than those marked on items in this particular store, however I enjoyed the well-decorated, authentic atmosphere created within the small space. I would recommend a visit to Underground Music to anyone interested in acquiring a few new additions to their record collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always try to swing by underground music if I'm in the area, if only to browse all their cool LPs and music gear. Great selection, friendly staff, they do buy as well but don't expect to get more than a buck or two per album which is a little disappointing judging by how much they resell for. Still, if you're looking to pick something up and have the money, they probably have it or can get it for you.
