Both my technical skills and physical fitness have improved since beginning here. Its a great community and I highly recommend it.

Jalil really works you and makes sure you're always giving your all, I've tried multiple boxing classes in town but nothing compares to this one, really good atmosphere & training! If you really want to reach your goals, this is the place!

It was singlehandedly the thing I looked forward to most each day, and when the gym opened back up I was there almost everyday. Jalil creates a fun atmosphere that makes working out a really positive experience. I always leave his workouts feeling empowered and with a great attitude. Jalil offers amazing programs for all ages, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

You can expect a full body workout that works every muscle group, to help build confidence, lose weight and get healthy. It’s the best place to go for kickboxing. Go to undefeated and join. You won’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undefeated MMA is TopNotch! After having tried a number of other clubs over the years, I have to say that this one is the best. Jalil's coaching is great. His classes are well organized, there is lots of variety and great intensity. Jalil's technical knowledge and his eye for detail are unsurpassed.Jalil gives 110 % in every session he coaches, provides lots of feedback and encouragement. Prices are competitive. My son also enjoys the kids classes and has made several friends there. I can't say enough about how much our family enjoys being members of this club.

Jalil as a person and trainer is so caring to the well being of each student , understanding, and he always goes the extra mile! I have seen outstanding improvements with my son since he has started in regards to overall health, confidence, techniques, respect and the ability to start to push himself to always do his best. 10/10 highly recommend!

Coach Jalil is very technical and his level of experience is evident in how he is able to tailor his student's needs by being able to blend the skills of beginners and advanced students all in the same session.
