★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have no background with martial arts but we decided to enroll our two boys (ages 4 and 5) to keep them busy. We were unprepared and blown away by the positive impact it had on our already active kids. Not only was Sebastian an incredible coach for children, the classes incorporated accountability, self respect, discipline, fitness, discussed bullying and pushed the importance of doing your best.
I would highly recommend EMA to any and all children, it is a perfect complement to all interests, sports, and hobbies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great instructors, wholesome curriculum, and worthy investment. EMA has been part of my life for about eight months now and it's something that I enjoy quite a lot. As a university student, I do a lot of sitting, so the classes give me a break from screens and let me focus on my body. Patrick and everybody at EMA have been welcoming, motivating, and patient. They care about teaching the techniques well and doing it safely, even on Zoom. As someone who knew nothing about martial arts, I feel like I've learned and improved so much already, while still feeling challenged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enrolled my 4 year old niece and couldn't have been more satisfied with what we got. Coaches Patrick, Seb and the whole team were exceptional from start to finish. They have such a thoughtful approach to teaching young kids about discipline, fitness, bullying and respect. The ability to receive one-on-one private coaching was also instrumental in fine tuning the techniques learned in the group classes. I couldn't recommend EMA enough, truly amazing, bravo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't be happier about the martial arts school for my kids. Patrick and Sebastian are great teachers, and you can see that they are super knowledgeable about how to work with kids. The studio and the equipment - everything is brand new, super clean and they have a great air quality. I appreciate the weekly communications about the content of classes (so parents can work home in parallel if they want) and the selection of videos for practicing. I also like that they have a very well though approach to do hybrid lessons, so if you can't attend you can join the class via zoom. I am recommending the school to all my friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at EMA do a great job with the Little Ninjas, the teachers are good role models and help prepare them for how martial arts can help them in their lives both physically and mentally and at the correct moments. During the pandemic they have always been consistent with technology allowing the kids to train in the best way possible during closures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to learn self-defense. But this place is so much more than just a self-defense class that teaches you techniques. I walked away feeling like I got personalized advice about defending myself more broadly, including reflecting on my mental states alongside improving my fitness. I highly recommend anyone give a try. The online zoom-classes are equally awesome, as in person, the instructor made sure everyone felt comfortable being in person despite covid, and most of all, made me feel welcome. Life changing experience, really worth it.

staff, students, and parents. This is a very family-friendly place you can trust and build up and sharpen your martial arts techniques with a mixture of different modern fighting systems. My son loves it and is excited to attend every week. We highly recommend this place!!
