Uncle Wrinkled Clothes Pressing Services

I used Uncle Wrinkled in April of 2022 and was overall happy with the quality and service (19 dress Shirts and 12 Khakis). I used them again one month later (19 shirts and 11 khakis) and aside from the nice delivery driver, the experience was horrible. - The advertised price nearly doubled in one month. I was told that the month prior was "promotional". - I left 2 bags of shirts, 1 bag of pants and 1 bag of hangers on my step. I came home later in the evening to the bag of hangers still sitting on my step. The month prior the hangers were taken. When I sent a text asking why the hangers were not taken, I was not told they will provide the hangers even though the text prior to pickup stated "Also remember to give your hangers if you want you clothes HANGED on delivery". When I questioned why the hangers weren't taken, I was told "We only need hangers if there are kids clothes." - I was told "So you'll get it by Wednesday morning". Wednesday morning I received a text saying " Good morning Sir, delivery for your area is today between 3-5 pm. Could you please arrange someone to be there for taking the delivery. We'll send confirmation shortly" I never received a confirmation from them but had a friend wait at my house. When I called to ask why no one showed up, I was told they were waiting for ME to confirm. - Pants were ironed over the pockets to you can clearly see iron marks and creases. See pictures. - I knew there was a price increase however, the price was more than I had expected. I was told 6 of the 12 pants were considered trousers. They are ALL khakis. Dockers and Banana Republic. In the end I was given a 10% "Welcome" discount. Still ended up costing me more than I had expected. Sadly I will not be using them in the future. Ps. I sent a similar complaint via text directly to the business, and it was not acknowledged.

When I unfolded the garments, I see burn marks on all the garments, except for the jeans. Either you have used a normal iron (without steam) or haven't set the right temperature. YOU HAVE RUINED MY FORMAL TROUSERS. ****Replying to owner : If u think my review is "sketchy", see my reviews of other places, do I submit a negative review too often? I gave u 5 stars when I received my clothes within a day, professionally packed, but when I opened the bundle to use the clothes I found the burn marks. That explains why I changed the review after a week. No point sending pics, unless u r offering to compensate for the damages.

Long awaited service in Calgary. Reasonably priced and I got my clothes pressed and delivered in less than 24 hours. I'll be using your service again for sure. I will never have to spend hours and hours again ironing my kids and mine clothes.
