★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since new owner service has been a nightmare, got ripped off 3X of my Journie point, and if you pay cash for fuel, he will void the transaction, and you loose your points. Also he is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my bill, and although the head office wasn’t too quick to respond, once I got to the regional manager and store owner, they handled the problem within an hour or so. Very impressed, and they were pleasant and gracious all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were pleasant enough but I have been here twice now and each time there is a large A frame type sign placed on the edge of the roadway... Highway 7 is busy most of the time so having the view of the roadway obscured makes it very dangerous. I took the time to point out the danger to the person inside on the till, who came out and looked at it and I guess ultimately decided the sign was more important than customer safety... it appears to be a portable sign so very easy to move back a few feet. The pumps are old and you have to go inside the store to pay... with COVID that is the worst. Will not be going back there as it is unsafe with the blocked view and being unable to pay at the pump. Shame because this place has new owners and this was their chance to shine and care about the community where they are selling their product... expecting people to put their lives on the line just to buy from them isn't a way to demonstrate that fact.
