★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst Tim’s experience I’ve ever had, staff we’re very rude. It took 30 minutes to get a turkey bacon club, staff were very chatty with one another. Stay away from this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 minute after closing my girlfriend asked to use their washroom to change her menstrual product as we were on a 6 hour drive yet the staff still wouldn’t let her in and were more focused on going home, how thoughtful. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is an absolute joke. Not once can they make a pot of coffee without burning it. The drive thru is slow and is often missing POP signage. The staff are always yelling at each other and not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Have a look at the pictures...a bunch of mayonnaise stains all over the boxes and the cup even though the food I ordered had none as an ingredient. So clearly whoever was preparing my chicken and fries didn't change their gloves. Smarten up...
P.S There's also great staff that work here so to those reading this I'm sure you know who you are and I apologize for the harshness in this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff would rather have conversations with eachother than worry about the speed of service. Absolute gong show in here. Counters were also dirty. Taking some pride in your work goes a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 little old lady came in . Bought there food. Sat down, and took off the coats. Started eating. Worker come over and asks for proof of vacation. So they got out there proof on paper. 2 shots.
They where asked to leave. And they did.
Gathered up the things . Walking with canes.
2 minutes later ,a man enters. No mask.
Nothing was said to him. And it's clearly posted on the door.
Harass to little old lady s and allow a man to walk in , use the washroom. Order and wait with no mask.
How can't this be how Tim Hortons treats people ???
No a Tim Hortons fan anymore
