When I call they say you have to come in to put your name on the list and they won't do it over the phone. Thats fine. Get to the location 10 minutes later and they tell me they are booked up for the rest of the day. I've used them before and they do good work, but wasting my time isn't the way to keep me coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a haircut showed her how I wanted it. Then she just started cutting chunks of my hair off saying she does this because it was long. I now have shorter hair than my husband and that's not how short I wanted it. She didn't seem to care. At least my hair will grow back but I won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called yesterday to see if they had time for a cut and color and they didnt; however, they got me in today. They were fast, professional, friendly, and the building is clean! I had a bit of a scare and almost fainted while in the chair getting dye put on my hair and all of the staff was quick to help. They offered water and were very supportive and continued to check up on my well-being during the remainder of my appointment. Not only did my hair turn out better than I hoped, they went above and beyond during my appointment. Definitely recommend these amazing hairdressers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in there today Friday the 29th was told I had a had a 20 to 30 minute wait which was fine. Almost 40 minutes later this young heavy set blonde is still standing around, gabbing away with customers and coworkers, moving with anything but urgency. Didn’t have any more time to wait because I had to get to work so I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Not friendly and the haircut was horrible. Not worth the price. Not coming back. There was a great employee before named Kaitlyn but since she left everything went downhill. Tommy Guns is way better with good service and great haircut. Might be a little bit more expensive but at least it is worth your money. Rather than pay $24 at Ultracuts but go home frustrated and unhappy because of their service.
