★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grant(owner) talks to employees, other trades and the general almost as bad as he treats them. Forman Rob is crude and racist & believes #blacklivesmatter should all just die! This is definitely an unprofessional disrespectful company to work for... The standard shows in the staff turnover and moral of the manpower available.
