The estimate they provided was the final price. Arrived on time and worked full days. Very polite and professional and left the site spotless . Would definitely recommend.

We had purchased flooring and had plans for some interior renovations to our home. Our first inclination was to have a quote from the big box store we had sourced the flooring. After a review of the quote and particulars of the installation process we elected to get a proposal from Birch Lane Builders. We are glad that we did.
