She knew her regular customers by name and was just lively. Thank you for your help! I would recommend this store, even just for customer service! If everyone working there is as nice as Sharon, this is a one stop shop :)

I had two machines serviced here and it cost me over $275 and the loss of one of my machines for over a month. Please try Whitby Sewing Machine or the Singer Authorized Dealer. As for fabric needs, fabricland has excellent customer service and very helpful staff.

I went in to purchase a second hand machine last week and was instantly welcomed with excitement by the owner, Shirley. What’s more is through out the week after purchasing my machine I continued to receive caring and thoughtful service, and an employee even went out of their way, after hours, to deliver a piece to me on the other end of the city. Ive never experienced this level of service before. They care about their customers and community. Such thoughtful service must be cherished and supported!! I purchased a used Janome 5018 which is also an excerpt machine.

From the owner suggesting I buy a sewing machine without talking to my spouse because he'll never notice it, to telling a customer they won't order an item in because they would have to buy a case and trying to tell me that I didn't need the brand I was requesting. They are too expensive to shop there for that kind of customer service.

I felt valued as a customer, and the whole transaction from phone call to visit was pleasant, friendly, warm, professional and the staff were genuinely excited for me to enjoy my new beautiful machine. Fabric selection was very nice - beautiful batiks, prints, cork, and lots more. Very happy with the pricing for my new machine. Thanks folks - see you again soon.
