They had someone at my house that same day. Travis was able to fix the wiring that wasn’t working properly and install a new fan in under an hour! Thank you Ultimate!

Our back-up battery/surge protector failed for all our network router/panel devices to our office, so we had no internet or phones then a temporary fix for overnight. They had the unit we needed overnighted and were at the office at 8.30am waiting for us to open the doors so they could do the install. Super response from dispatch, call back from the owner confirming our needs and call back with confirmed installation time. Thankyou!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My jobsite was shut down for a required fuse after hours. Ultimate sent an electrician in to their shop when wholesalers were closed to help me find a suitable replacement. Also calling all their contacts when the exact fuse could not be found. Really went the extra mile at no charge, great people, highly recommend.
