★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is really poor. I had an order that was not complete and delivered to my house (missing several lbs of pierogies and a few sausages). I've spent weeks trying to get someone on the phone to no avail. I ended up having to reverse my charge through Mastercard because of non-response. This was really disappointing for a place I otherwise really liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is not really good. That sausage what they offering is not Ukrainian, it is just garlic sausage. In Ukraine people doing backed sausage rolls and right name is kovbasa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Ukrainian boy in town from Winnipeg had to check this place out. Was good. Got the pierogies and cabbage roll and sausage. Love the fried onions. Food was hot and fresh. All I could ask for. Really enjoyed it. If I'm back in town again, definitely going back. Reccomend for sure. Lady was super friendly at the counter. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered a couple times from Ukrainian Fine Foods. The food is delicious. Last order we put in was missing a couple links of sausage. I sent a message to them and they called me within 90 minutes, and made arrangements to drop off the missed items. Their customer service was wonderful, highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say, but, these are the worst cabbage rolls I have ever eaten! For one, I spent $18.00 for 12 small, barely filled cabbage rolls. Which didn't include any sauce for this expensive price range. But, there was a cooking pamphlet, however, it never included how long to cook the rolls and at what temperature. I had to add my own crushed tomatoes and tomato soup, and make my own sauce. As a consumer, I would think for 18 dollars everything would be included. Rather, I had to spend more money and make my own sauce.
In my opinion, unfortunately, this product was over priced, had tiny portions. No sauce was included and there was no proper cooking instructions. If you're not a regular cook, you wouldn't know how long to cook the rolls nor what temperature to cook them at.
DON'T waste your time buying @ ukrainian fine foods. Plus.....the woman helping me wasn't very pleasant. My experience was less than satisfactory. NEXT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have bought your food 8 times and never have I been more disappointed in the cabbage rolls I got today following your instructions. Why would anyone recommend chicken broth with beef cabbage rolls instead of extra tomato juice or beef broth? We threw three-quarters of our cabbage rolls out as no one could eat them and I have one whole container in the freezer yet.. We have never been more disappointed.
