I've had about three separate orders from them now and every single time, the item has been shipped to me within a couple of days even though I am in a different province. They also have a great option on their website to receive a notification email for an item when it becomes available if it's not in stock. I also spoke to Steve on the phone and what a personable representative! Very nice and easy to deal with! Thank you again for the wonderful service! It is refreshing to see that ukal puts great effort into customer care!
