Cela fait plusieurs années que je fait affaire chez Aubin & St-Pierre, je leurs ai acheté plusieurs machines mais je n’avais pas eu à faire affaire avec le service ou la dernière fois date de plusieurs années.
J’ai fait réparer un de mes tracteurs en début de saison, juste après le confinement ( vous comprendrez qu’ils devaient être débordés). Après quelques semaine ont a noter qu’il y avait quelques problèmes reliés à la réparation.
J’ai rappelé au service et il m’ont donné rendez vous mais ils étaient tellement débordés qu’ils ne pouvaient pas réparer immédiatement. Ils m’ont gentiment dépanné et prêté un autre tracteur.
Je veux remercier les gars au service Serge et Pierre qui ont toujours été très patient et courtois, dès fois dans des situations pareilles je peux être un peu stressé.
Je recommandes Aubin & St-Pierre, vous ne
serez pas déçu ??????
It is very easy to comment when you have a bad experience and unfortunately when you have a good one. we don't take the time to share it.
I have been doing business with Aubin & St-Pierre for several years, I bought them several machines but I had not had to deal with the service or the last time was several years ago.
I had one of my tractors repaired at the start of the season, just after confinement (you will understand that they must have been overwhelmed). After a few weeks it was noticed that there were some problems related to the repair.
I called back to service and they arranged to meet me but they were so overwhelmed that they couldn't fix it immediately. They kindly helped me out and lent me another tractor.
I want to thank the guys at the service Serge and Pierre who have always been very patient and courteous, sometimes in such situations I can be a little stressed.
I recommend Aubin & St-Pierre, you don't
will not be disappointed ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'y suis allé pour une commande. Cette cours est un terrain de jeu.. wooooow! Ça faisait bien plus que quarante ans que je passe sur l'A20 et que je voyais ce concessionnaire, sans m'y arrêter.. et la série M8.. woooooooooow!!!! Un RTV à quatre.. encore wooooow!!! Bonne continuité!
I went there for an order. This course is a playground .. wooooow! It's been well over forty years since I spent on the A20 and I saw this dealer, without stopping there .. and the M8 series .. woooooooooow !!!! A four-way RTV .. again wooooow !!! Good continuity!
