In hindsight, I am so lucky that a friend suggested I reach out to uGen. They guided me through the entire job search and hiring process and worked with me to create a new resume from scratch. Things didn't pann out the way it should (not a problems from ugen til now), I asked Majid if I need to pay any additional amount to re-try for my visa application, Majid said 'no' that they would carter me regardless. Now it's been almost 3 months that Ugen has stopped responsing my text/emails/calls etc, all I want from them was my univesity docs that they had been working with, but Majid stopped answering my text & emails. This was one the most unprofessional group of people I had worked with.
