I was very impressed with the way they took care of my issues. Best before sales service from Kumud and best after sales service from Varun...I am going to be your lifetime customer.

Bought 3 deal in dec 2019 Suppose to be $80 and $50 for 2 of the deals but every bill cycle paying $90 and $70 for those 2 deals. every time I go and visit the store to ask them about it they just say you will get your back credit soon. since now Feb2021 I haven't got any back credit yet. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

She has very good knowledge about the products offered by Bell and she was very clear and helpful to explain the bells and whistles of the offered deals.
Great Deals and very professional & helpful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I upgraded my phone online with Bell and visited the store to pickup the iPhone. Even though it was not their sale, the staff gladly helped me. They were not able to activate the phone on Bell’s sales platform. Instead of giving up and telling me to try another store, they went out of the way to resolve the issue and spent 2 hours with Bell to sort out the issue. It tells a lot about their professionalism and customer service. Next time I will definitely give them business and refer this store to my friends and family. Highly recommended ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took Plan . Before selling the phone they were very friendly. After one month when I got monthly bill that was totally different than my plan. I visited store every week in the month but they took me lightly and and very bad customer service. Manager said employees who gave me this deal he is not working more on this store so we can’t do anything even they didn’t listen me properly. I would never visit the store in the future.
