★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection here is great, I give that piece 5 stars.. However, some staff might consider a different place of employment.
Even as a resident of Ukee I am consistently served poor attitude and horrible customer service from the one 'kid' that works behind the counter. I can appreciate everybody has off days but this is every single time I visit the store. It's taken me months to write this review in hopes that person was just having a rough time or had things on their mind. It's clear to me now he just doesn't like people, which is a serious issue if you work in the service industry.
Management needs to seriously reconsider this individuals position within the company, his attitude is incredibly off-putting, rude and unnecessary. Unprofessional and embarrassing to the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe no one has mentioned the prices, they are insane! 35$ for a 12 pack. Everything else seems okay or better than average. I would recommend avoiding unless absolutely necessary, if you care about price.

Also found it very tacky for a liquor store to be asking for tips on their debit machine.
Especially during Covid where we could just tap the machine in a contactless method but to have customers need to press the tip buttons is very disappointing and kind of greedy seeing as your not being served here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and price for a small town at the end of the long road. Customer service was great. The clerk was helpful, happy, and efficient. I like the walk-in coolers. Lots of space to walk round, unlike many stores I'm used to in Vancouver
