★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would’ve called a cab A WEEK AGO if I knew how slow you guys were. I called a cab at 1:50 and was told a 40 min wait. Nothing I called at 2:30 (my appointment time) they said 15 more minutes it’s been a half hour and nothing, I waited a month for this appointment. Maybe set up more drivers on a Saturday I doubt this is the first busy Saturday in the existence of this company. I just canceled my appointment. What a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cab driver was super nice and so was the dispatcher. Very friendly company and reliable. Said the wait time was 20-25 minutes and the cab arrived early! Got home safe and had a nice conversation. Consider this cab company if you're looking for good prices and nice customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost always a long wait. Even if you preorder you cab. Waited for half an hour for a cab I ordered an hour and a half earlier that at the time of ordering only had a 25 minute wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was catching a ride a week and half before Christmas, it was -20 out, I had $30 cash, he dropped me off 3 houses down right at the $30 mark. God forbid to drive the extra 1 second. What is wrong with society? Oh the humanity! I hope it does get better one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cab driver was an amazing person. The person who was working dispatch who cancelled the driver going over to my place 4 time was not such a nice lady. I was told 20 minutes and even when I called back she said he was almost there. Don't hate the drivers. Go to the source of the problem.
