★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just caused different problems with my phone and I felt very disrespected. I’ve went back multiple times to get problems fixed of which they caused while also having to convince them it was worthwhile to fix. Over $200 later my phone is still broken (in a different spot) and I do not want to go back in and be treated with the same disrespect as before. I honestly would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although my home button wasn’t replaceable, they were very helpful and showed me a great work around so my daughter could use the phone! They didn’t charge me as well! Will definitely go there again if I need repairs or help.

On both occasions the technician was able to identify the issue the same day and get it fixed by the next, which was extremely helpful for time sensitive reasons. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and central location - what's not to like?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My calculator’s battery was dead, and I didn’t even know what type of battery I needed to replace it, and I didn’t even have a screwdriver. They helped me find the correct type of battery for my calculator and replace it without any charge. They are very friendly and helpful people. From now on, I will prefer this place for all my repair work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my phone in because the charging port seemed very loose, and was hoping to get it replaced since the cable was falling out with the smallest of movements. The friendly staff took a quick look and found that there was a bunch of lint inside the port, and after removing it, the cable would fit snugly again. They did this free of charge instead of following through the port replacement as I had originally requested. Excellent service; I would definitely return.
