★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely, garbage! In the morning there is no Parking to be found and there is only a one way to go into the parkade. On top of all that parkade has very strict regulations, if your 30 seconds late be prepared to be handed a parking ticket!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Student residential building are nearby. The location is pretty convenient and easy to find at UBC campus. Pay parking required. Credit cards accepted. Price is acceptable with multiple time selections available. Parking space is acceptable, not busy during night time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on UBC! For years this lot $5, $6 , $8 flat rate for parking on the weekend to visit the beach. Now the flat rate is gone and on Sunday they wanted $25 to park for 3-4 hours and what if you want to stay for the day....$40+ They are the only game in town and taking advantage of people's need to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is parking and it is on campus ... but it is extremely busy and driving up and down takes a long time due to the split-level zigzag design of the ramps. I would prefer to park at health sciences, pay more and walk further to avoid this parkade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like weather and time of year affect the availability of parking spaces. It's a bit expensive but that may be to the fact that the University is trying to encourage public transportation, walking and cycling to curb green house emission. Best place to park if you're heading to Wreck Beach in the summer and can't find free parking along Marine Drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circles. What can I say, going up and down the levels require going in tight circles. The merit of this building is how comparatively spacious the entrances are to the other parkades

Lots of great parking options and it's quiet!
The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because we had to pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ many levels in this parking garage. Maybe 5 maybe more I'm leaving it up to you fellow UBC driver to find out. The concrete of this garage was and is concrete. The paint is also paint. My shoe was recently captured in beautiful 1080p on my phone. Enjoy the picture
