 I learned my real estate pre-licensing courses here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They aren't so much interested in teaching as they are in collecting money from you. Textbooks and assignments are full of errors - I have submitted dozens of corrections, myself. Everyone except the senior tutor has such shallow understanding of the material that tutoring assistance is slow and often unhelpful. Update: There is a new Executive Director Licensing Education who is, hopefully, going to improve the delivery of the courses.
