Nothing better than a garden walk on a sunny day. If your not afraid of heights take the exhilarating tree walk.

Amazing hidden gem, definitely worth checking out. The diversity of Asian trees and shrubs is worth going alone, but the real treat is the tree walk. It was raining when we went but it detract from the experience one bit! The bridge is suspended by cables attached to neighboring trees, so it's bouncy and moves while you walk, which is very fun but takes a bit to get used to.

We really enjoyed the botanical gardens. It was a nice walk. We first walked in the upper asian way trail and took the green heart tree walk. That was really cool to be able to walk up in the trees. We came back with the lower asian way trail and then headed into the tunnel to see the north gardens. They were more open and had lots of plants and open spaces. Overall this was a great experience.

Beautiful time of the year to visit. We visited at the end of April. It was incredibly beautiful with a little peekaboo views of the ocean as well

Good , non expensive parking. Volunteers met us at the entrance and explained a lot about the garden history and paths. Tickets are not expensive with great option of annual pass that will save money and let you visit the garden several times. There are two main pathways in the garden and you can walk in the tunnel to reach the other new side of the garden. Planting was nice and shows different varieties. We liked it as a family and it makes you appreciate the nature that we live in.

Very worthwhile! This is a unique botanical garden, focusing on trees more than plants. BC rainforest area was quite something. We didn't have time to walk up in the trees, but that looked fun. Some of the highlights were international species of high altitude plants, including an assortment of cacti. Also the amazing number and variety of "woody climbers" which are branch like vines encircling many trees.

Great place to have a relaxing stroll through the garden for all ages. Tree walk was a fun experience but it can be challenging if you are afraid of heights or shaky bridges.

Very beginning of the season but still much to see. Rhododendrons, magnolias, daffodils: flowers to enjoy. We saw the wetland area and the Golden Spruce. Hopped along on stumps and crossed a log bridge. Our highlight was the tree walk. We went around the suspended bridge twice and were amazing by the bird's eye view.
