You Should be polite with everyone if next person is treating you fairly. Never had any sort of issue with anyone in this company except Albert Alphonso.

They took full advantage of flatdeck carriers in covid time by moving cheap freight from ON to AB. less than 2.00$ per mile.
Carrier who didnt had any choice became victim.
They can drop to any level just to make there customer happy.
They need to relaize before quoting there client that Flat deck is different than Vans.
