I called and asked if this a location that I can ship parcels from the girl said "no, I'll transfer you" before I could even speak. Rude phone manners in my opinion, I didn't need to be transferred I was just looking for a location close to me. It's polite to ask before you transfer someone, even if you believe their answer will always be yes.

DHL is not the company for small business. I had to ship two boxes via DHL because my customer requested I use their DHL number. I went to a DHL location. After carrying my boxes in and sweating in the sun I was informed by the "Post Net" Employee (Winston Churchill and Dundas) that they didn't have any DHL waybills. I complained a bit but "Post Net" did not offer any solutions so I left. I then tried to book a DHL pick up online. OMG! Worst online experience in a long-long time! It was so bad. So Bad, So Bad. So here I am. The truck has not come. I'm waiting. It's almost 8pm. "Post Net" and "DHL" are not your shipping choice!

I have been waiting for a sign on delivery package, according to the website and tracking information-they tried to deliver it once when I wasnโ€™t home-fine no slip was left on the door knob. Next day- 1:59pm 4 people were in the house, 3 cars out front, I personally was in my garage with it open, before leaving the house, and this driver either avoids me and puts a sorry we missed you slip on my door or is lying about the time. Regardless I missed the person. Now what do i do, call them up, Iโ€™d like to pick it up in person please, oh now the package is in the Hamilton airport, we drove it from Oakville to Hamilton holding at the airport. Can I go pick it up? No you have to wait until next week now. So Iโ€™m paying shipping and duty/taxes on what exactly? My delivery driver to be an incompetent idiot unfit for driving and delivering parcels? please tell me DHL what on earth kind of customer service is this for someone whom is paying for you to do the job you do everyday?

Worst service in the business! I was tracking my parcel that showed it being on the truck at 11:21 am, after waiting most of the day I needed to step out only to return and find on the tracking site driver stopped by at 16:45. 7 hours and 24 minutes and still no parcel. If I can avoid ever using them again I would! Oh and they charge the brokerage fee without even asking if you want to self declare. It's a simple and easy process that takes 10 min or so and they wanted to ding me for an extra $40. Maybe a German company but they are far from German efficient!

My friend Robert works at DHL Express. He informed me their are high volumes of covid-19 exposure in the business that is not getting looked after. He told me nobody quarantining after they feel covid-19 symptoms. The whole business doesn't care about manditory health regulations.

DHL TAKES MONEY BEFORE DELIVERY IF THEY HAVE TO GET PAID FOR DEKIVERY FEES AT TIME OF DELIVERY...THEY WILL GET PAID ONLY CUSTOMERS DISSATISFATION,FRUSTRATION AND DEMOTIVATION AND SAD FACE AS DHL NEVER KEEPS ITS PROMISE. AS PROMISE IN THIS BUSINESS IF BROKEN NO REFUND HAS TO BE GIVEN AND NO LAW ACTUALLY PRORECT CUSTOMER FROM THIS KIND OF FAKE PROMISES BEING BROKEN AND DHL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS AND NEVER GETS UR SHIPMENT ON TIME AND SAVE THEIR MOST MONEY AND TAKE CUSTOMERS MOST MONEY..SUCH A WONDERFUL BUSINESS MODEL

Working for this company was a waste of time. The management is crumbling, the employees constantly quitting. The place is a mess. People need to be held accountable starting with management down to the employees chosen. Incompetent forklift truck drivers who cannot communicate to save their life CONSTANTLY messing up orders and having agency workers take the blame. Itโ€™s extremely sad, there is no leadership amongst another, nobody to TEACH you exactly the full dynamics of the job you are doing. They pay terrible and never on time, constantly having to argue with managers about my hours, showing proof on a weekly basis. Unsafe working conditions etc. I STRONGLY recommend you not applying here and not working for this garbage place.

Honestly how hard is it to look up someone's name on an intercom for the building and call them? They claimed they try to deliver, but didn't have the acess code to enter the building. I later spoke with someone who assured me the driver will be back today. Who knows if they will arrive or not. Plus they even have my phone number. Obviously not trying hard enough to deliver. Very frustrating dealing with them.
