I was looking for an 8 foot truck and the guy showed me that upgrading to a bigger truck won't cost much and is indeed a safer bet. Very diligent and shrewd businessman. I will definitely make this my favorite uhaul dealer from now on not only for their honesty but going the Xtra mile with their customers

When I picked up the vehicle they had told me it was on 1/8 of a tank and offered a gas voucher to me if I brought it back to 1/4 tank upon return. The voucher was under the price of gas per litre currently and the tank was on empty, not 1/8 like I was told.
I brought back the truck on time and at a quarter tank. Because my phone was dead they charged me for a late checkout fee which is ridiculous and then tried to tell me that the gas was under a 1/4 tank so the voucher is now voided.
Then proceeded to charge me an additional 95 dollar on top of the fee I had already payed.
Not only that, but when I dropped off the vehicle I told the worker my phone is dead do I just drop the keys and he replied “yes that’s all you are good to go”
What a scam. Never again with u haul.
