★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had booked the truck I did it online, that process was quick and easy and they called to confirm it. I went to pick the truck up a Saturday morning. Doing the online pick up is a easy process, wish they informed you that you need a second phone number for confirmation but whatever. Then I went on to having to scrap and brush off a foot of snow that was on the entire windshield, and hood of the truck. You’d think since I had booked this a week in advance, that they might’ve done this for me sometime during the week? But nope, after 15 minutes of shoveling that off the windshield just so I could see and use the wipers. I had opened the back of the truck and they didn’t have any of the equipment that I had ordered and paid for. Trying to move from a basement suite to a 3rd floor apartment with nothing makes it sure interesting. I’ll never book another vehicle from these guys again. Absolutely disgusting how they’re still running. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
