★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely frustrating experience. I would never ever deal with this location again. They charged me for extra fuel and extra mileage on the truck even though i was told that everything was good and I dont owe anything. 4 weeks later after I returned my rental and signed off the receipt, they charged an outrageous 1500$ for nothing. The manager was not helpful either and kept bouncing me around to different helplines even though it was them who actually charged me. I had proofs of everything. Or they literally could have pulled out the video footage on their cameras and verified what the lady at the counter had told me. It was an extremely frustrating experience that ruined my week and really stressed me out. I wish I had never gone to this location now. Would not recommend to anyone.
