Incredibly poor service. They refused to let me drop off my uhaul despite the fact it had been arranged, and did not give me any reason why not.

Incredibly poor customer service. I called on 5/25/2015 in hopes of renting some carpet cleaning equipment which most Uhauls have. The person answering the phone had their mouth full and only said "Hello" I said hello and asked if I had the right number for Uhaul, he said "Yes." The lack of greeting and the overall unprofessional feeling from the conversation led me to go rent elsewhere.

It was my first time renting a van and the lady from the store didnt help at all... She was rude and she only said: I cant do anything, call them by phone.... I called uhaul and the staff from uhaul tried to talk with her and she said she didnt know how to help me..

The most terrible and ignorant customer service I ever experienced. I had booked a Van online. When showed up to the store, the representative was not able to communicate in English at all. Hence, was not verbally talk, nor communicate. This was frustrating, as I had a day to move out my entire place. When called customer service asking for a resolution, the representative terminated my call intentionally. Upon an other try, managed to get to an other representative who passed me through 7 more representatives, before I was granted 50$ to book for an other day. This was the most terrible customer experience I ever had encountered.

I rent Uhaul Van there for 8am. As first time online renting I went a day before asking the owner of the store about process (the store being close at time I pick up the Van). He was super friendly and professional. He explained to me everything and the process was easy. (got a quick issue with passeport but fault on me) Will warmly recommend it to anyone who look for truck / Van renting

Be prepared to get yelled at for not understanding what these people were talking about when we arrived to pick up the van. Made me call some U-Haul number where the lady kept telling me to watch some video on how to check in, and the password for the lock they gave me was wrong! "Try harder" is not an acceptable answer meanwhile the lady from the Mom and pop shop is yelling at you. Save yourself the hassle and go to the U-Haul center and rent a U-Haul like a normal person

want to copy car2go but doesn't have the technology for it. Poor service from the owner of this location, poor customer support from uhaul, no information in advance, or on site that can help. REMINDER, charge your cellphone, and read instructions on the website in advance. If you want to use uhaul's services, you need to do homework or you will end up having a very bad experience just like me. owner of the location: 1. does not speak english 2. speaks perfect mandarin, but cannot explain anything. I am a a native speaker of mandarin, and i do not understand what she is saying. she just tells you to "call friend" and she has 778 number ready for you, "the friend will help you on the phone" and like.... who's this friend? soooo confused, and because we speak mandarin, she keeps talking and talking, with very little info given, just a lot of words that does not make sense. 打给你朋友,电话在这里,你朋友有可能不会接,因为诈骗电话太多了,谁是我朋友????各种唠叨啰嗦,没任何重点,全是无效信息 things to know in advance, 1. the truck might be plain white like this one we got 2. the number they are asking you to find is a small sticker on the back of the van, they do not make it clear for some reason. 3. the key is in a box behind the market which makes it such a hassle for people, going back and forth especially when it's raining. in total i paid 60 dollars, and it was so much work in advance, take picture s of your id, passport and another person has to get a text for verification. take pics afterwards. a lot of work just to rent a car for 4 hours. ugh.
