★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a Uhaul but misjudged the amount of stuff we needed to pack compared to the size of the Uhaul we had picked up. went back 3 hours later to ask if they had something bigger and pay the difference for the upgrade. The owner was extremely helpful, and without question supplied us with a bigger truck and didn't even charge us for changing to a bigger truck! We traded the Uhaul for one bigger and we were on our way! If you need a Uhaul in PG, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location. Came on Sunday (supposed to be open every day), noone was there and didnt get a truck to move my dad into his new living accommodation. Then I was on hold for over 20mins before I spoke with someone who just brushed me off. TERRIBLE

I don't think some people understand the service that uHaul provides, it's a low cost option to move yourself and rent a vehicle. People's expectations are too high. UHaul, UFigureItOut. If you want White glove service, then get ready to pay for White glove service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a truck weeks in advance, once I arrived at the pickup location I received a (not very friendly in the slightest) phone call letting me know that there were not any trucks (of any size) available in all of Prince George. I would have been totally fine with a phone call the day before letting me know there wasn’t one available but of course that would have been to easy. I wish I could give this zero stars, one is too modest.
