Tyler Realty Corp. Ltd., incorporated in 1980, is a small Boutique commercial Real Estate brokerage specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, office, retail, land and investment properties in Calgary and southern Alberta. Our core business is the brokering of commercial real estate on behalf of our valued existing clients and new customers. We are also involved in the ownership and management of commercial properties. We feel property ownership and the management of third party real estate has been invaluable to our experience base. Not only has it provided us with knowing the joy of ownership, but it has also taught us how to deal with the challenges of vacant space and the valued importance of building solid tenant relationships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't deal with them, plenty of more professional options out there, especially in this economy. I called them to ask about about a property that I thought they represent. It was explained to me that they only represent the neighboring unit, and not the one I am interested in, So I thought that's fine. The president of Tyler Realty, Doug Debnam, has offered to find out who is the realtor responsible for that unit, and try and find more info, so I agreed, and thanked him for the offer to help. After a week, when he finally returned to me with a brochure, I asked to arrange a viewing with my realtor, at this point the true nature of this company was revealed. Doug has unleashed on me, calling me unethical, and unprofessional, all because I didn't tell him I already had a realtor... but isn't that your responsibility as a realtor to ask me if I am already represented by someone? I also worked in sales before, and that's the first thing you ask when you meet a client that's not familiar with your industry! you would expect someone with 40 years of experience to know this, but not Doug Debnam at Tyler realty...he will slander you with accusations all because you called to inquire about a property. If they don't represent the landlord as I originally thought they did, a simple question about my plans as a tenant would prevent this whole poor experience from happening. What a waste of time. keep your distance from them if you value your time.

Doug Debnam, the founder, really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure that all parties in a leasing or sales transaction are satisfied and well-informed. He has the perspective of a long-serving experienced agent, a penultimate professional businessman, and has much experience as a landlord also. This is a family business that also employs reputable brokers and the best support staff. He really helped our business survive the interruption caused by the pandemic. I would not trust any other firm with my commercial real estate needs. Highly recommend.
