Two Birds Deli - Cranbrook
Marina grew up in Cranbrook , graduating from Mount Baker in 2011, and became BFFs with Maraih along the way. She followed her academic pursuits to Calgary where she completed a BSc in Psychology. Food has always been Marina’s passion: from her youngest memories of Sunday Spaghetti at Nana’s house, to cooking dinner for her room mates, to eating food in far away places, it is truly her favorite thing. Marina loves hitting the slopes, awesome lakes, hikes and enjoying all the Kootenays has to offer with her friends and family here. She has a contagious smile, and even though it’s covered by a mask you will leave Two Birds Deli with a smile after visiting her!

So happy they have brought vegan and gluten free options to Cranbrook! Definitely recommend this Deli! There’s something for everyone. The staff and owners are so welcoming and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by here on my way out of town. Owner was extremely friendly and guided me through their offerings of the day. Tried the Greek chicken sandwich and the sunflower pesto salad. Both were fresh and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thank you!

They also have amazing merch in store! Go check them out! The owners are always friendly right from the time you walk in! SHOUT OUT TO TWO BIRDS DELI!!!

The salad was very delicious and reasonably priced. I will most definitely be returning to venture more into their menu. I will most definitely be returning.
