Allowed me to budget for the immediate needs and how to plan for future issues that he could see coming. Would definitely recommend using them for any of your inspection needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad is amazing! When looking at homes, it’s crucial for us to be able to understand what we are bidding for. Brad walked both of us through his inspection in a method we can understand and took the time to explain what needs to be done.
He was extremely thorough with the house and ensured he took several pictures.
His report is what really shines - this is where we can understand costs and estimates of repairs. Its been so informative that we have been able to make a solid decision on the purchase.
Will use Brad again and again. Hands down worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad helped us with pre-offer home inspections and he was great! He was very pleasant and thorough. We were able to shadow his assessments and he pointed out his observations to us directly and explained what he was looking for to help educate us on the home.
All of his observations were included in his report, including advice for us, so that we didn’t need to take written notes during the inspection. He provided us with tips for maintaining our future home.
He provided us with a report of his findings very timely, within a few hours, so that we could have the information we needed to put in an offer on the house on the same day as the inspection. Would recommend!

He provided tons of tips on how to improve my new house as well as detail on any issues he found during the inspection. As an engineer, I appreciated all the levels of technical information he provided, the latest gear used to measure moisture, thermal scans, even a drone for the roof and thorough explanation given for each step. His list at the end was great and was good that most came with estimated costing even in this market of rising prices it gave a good baseline.
