The professionalism from the time of making the appointment until the ending of the service, was nothing short of wonderful. Very refreshing to experience. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. After moving into a home where the previous owner had pets, it has been difficult with allergies and so on bur since having Twelve points come into my home, the issues seem to have subsided for the better and I am so grateful! My dryer vent was really dirty and they offered to clean that out. They had all the covid protocols in place to make us feel safe while they were in our home. I was surprised how quick, they were! Rupert explained what they would be doing and he took time to explain as each step was done. Absolute thorough job and a noticeable difference in air quality when it was done. We took the platinum package because it had been a while since the ducts were cleaned, and I can assure you that over the years that we have had duct cleaning service none of those companies have done anything close to cleaning the ducts as Twelve Points has done.
