They came in and didn’t mess around. Right to it and they did a great job. Unfit and his two helpers were very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends family and neighbors.

The work felt very rushed and unprofessional they were finished in 30 minutes whereas a normal furnace cleaning takes upwards to 1.5 to 3 hours the quality of the cleaning was very poor as I watched them clean my vents I could immediately tell that the guy was not doing to good of a job from what i've seen from previous furnace cleanings he seemed to be doing the bare minimum, I have 35 vents in my house they only bothered to do 26 of them and they also proceeded with cleaning my dryer vent without asking me permission or if I wanted it to be cleaned keep in mind this was a 50$ extra charge and I was not even told that they did it until the end, with everything said and done I was given a bill of nearly 300$ for half of hour of work that to me seemed very rushed and disreputable, I asked for the price to be lowered voicing my dissatisfaction with the quality of the work and I was told it would not be possible and that I was getting a great deal then the guy went on to tell me how much the furnace cleaning truck costs and that's why it was so expensive, I wasn't trying to create an argument so I payed them anyways there was nothing I could really say to these guys to lower the outrageous price they had charged me, after that I called another furnace cleaning business and was told that they would clean all my vents in my house for 250 including the dryer vent, if I could give 0 stars I would,Dont get your furnace cleaned from these guys their gonna rip you off !

The owner Mandip Gill and his crew are very good at what they do. They showed up on time and did a excellent job. I would recommend this company to any one looking for excellent service and beyond.

They were on time, professional, answered all our questions, did a good job cleaning the vents & carpet. Gill the owner went above, did his best to clean the dryer vent which was in a tight spot. Good job, would recommend. Big shout out to Julia the receptionist who is so pleasant on the phone, answering all my questions.

The initial customer service experience was great, booking the appointment was easy and the woman I spoke to was informed and very pleasant. Upon arrival the two men began work, I was in the middle of a meeting so I told them if they needed me for anything to come find me; I was in my dining room the whole time. I put my two cats upstairs in the master, and told one worker to let me know when they go into that room so I could shuffle the pets. About 5 minutes later I noticed it sounded like they were upstairs so went to check and see what room they were in, only to catch one cat running down the stairs. In full panic mode, because both doors were open and with the noise they were obviously freaked out, I began searching for the second cat hoping he didn't get outside already. I found him and threw both of them in the closest room I could. When I went upstairs the guy I had spoken to gave me a blank stare as I expressed my frustration that my instructions weren't followed, and the other tried to stammer out some excuse that he had tried to find me and failed to, so continued work. Later the same guy, I'm assuming the supervisor of the two, tried to sell me a different excuse as to why the situation occurred. At the end of the appointment they charged me an additional service which I had not asked for, and no one had come to me to check before they proceeded with the work. They left the dryer vent debris laying in our front garden bed without saying anything to me as far as clean up. Finally, they changed the less than 2 week old furnace filter replacing it with one we had already purchased and did not leave an extra filter as part of the service. I called the next day in the morning and spoke to a different customer service person, who was not as pleasant to deal with, and was assured that they would leave one at our door that day, five days later and no filter. All in all the service was completed, but I would not recommend this company nor use them myself again.

This company did such a great job when we had them out to do our furnace and duct cleaning that we had them do our business warehouse hvac cleaning, and then had them out again to clean our carpets and area rugs in our home. For us to use the same company for both business and personal cleaning speaks volumes! They delivered on every promise they made and were on time, took great care not to damage or stain anything, and were happy to show me before and after photos of my ducts. (I took a few of my own and they were accurate). I’ve used many hvac and furnace cleaners in the past and the occasional carpet cleaners, but my days of hunting to get this service is over. This company has a place on my contact list and that’s a hard place for a company to get! I highly recommend them. Their pricing is awesome. Their service is awesome and they go the extra mile - literally (driving to Calgary to do the warehouse). I’m delighted with the results of their hard work. They are a great bunch of people to work with. Thanks!

Booking went well , they had to push appointment ahead 1 hour the day before . Prices were discussed before appointment day. Was recommended to do dryer cleaning from the owner/tech on my rental unit . Was hesitant to pay more as money is tight and he re ensured me saying the "furnace cleaning will be cheap only 9 vents" so in my mind no additional charges for vents . Told them go ahead . With frustration with the owner he told me I misheard and I explained to him why he convinced me on the upsell with the only 9 vents comment ..I was still in wrong gave me a measly $10 discount to solve issue. I should of cancelled the appointment as more ads came up for cheaper services with a free additional hot water tank cleaning but I kept my appointment because how intially polite and smooth the booking went. Note to owner ..when upselling service let people know how much they are going to be charged to clear confusion , not a response of , "I didn't even know how many vents when I called you to sell the dryer vent cleaning I never said 9 vents." Not lying and saying "it'll be cheap only 9 vents..."

The team showed up when scheduled and did a fantastic job.. took pictures and videos along the way and showed me as they were cleaning how bad things were and when presented with a difficulty they simply worked harder to get the job done instead of making excuses. Will recommend to all the neighbors who asked why there was a furnace cleaning van in the driveway.
