Took my TV in, when I arrived. It's A House!!!! I called later but Kevin had a hard time communicating with me. I don't understand how he runs a business. There is no shop, it was a House! What a waste of my time. I Went to Best Buy and got a new HDTV Toshiba for on sale for $199 Got lucky last piece in stock for a hot humid Saturday afternoon.

Kalvin may not be the easiest to communicate with, but he fixed my tv's backlight problem overnight and even picked up and dropped it off at no extra charge. Estimate was the final price.

My TV had no power and it was almost 10 years old due to pandamic it was difficult to buy new TV. I searched in google and Torkal Electronic came I called and he understood fixed the TV and brought back to my home. The price was good. My kids were very happy Excellent service. Thank you we appreciate your service. God Bless you

I have read a lot of the negative comments and majority of them expected Kalvin to have a store, which is understandable, but not an actual necessity, for the service he provides. I will say it can take him time to reply, as he does have a day job, but when he is off, he replies and keeps you updated. I called Kalvin on Monday afternoon, asked him to come check out my TV and he replied honestly, telling me that he will have to charge more to come to me, than if I simply dropped it off to his house. I appreciated his honesty and decided to save the money and take it to him. He took my TV in as soon as I got there and in less than 5 minutes, he already figured out the issue. He was honest, fair and very kind. I do understand that some people may have an issue understanding him, as he has an accent, but I had no issues. He went the next day, to pickup the power board that was needed for my TV and had it ready for me to pickup by 4pm, that same day. So I was out of a TV for about one day, thanks to his amazing service. He was wearing a mask, just in case anyone was wondering. I highly recommend his service and will go to him again, if I ever have issues with another TV (hopefully I won't, but you never know). Thank you Kalvin, for your amazing service and don't worry about the negative reviews of those that expected a store, they missed out on great service at a fraction of the cost of the "store" technicians.

Wasted my time, could not communicate with Kalvin,he kept interrupting me and he was more concerned about the model number. Did NOT allow me to get a word in. I just wanted to know about if he uses new original parts on repairs and was not tranparetra at all of this question. It was simply a YES NO question! He did NOT anserw me and hung up! I was asking, so money will not be wasted again. Not Recommended!

TvhomeService IS NOT A SHOP, INSTEAD IT IS A GARAGE! MY MISTAKE!! Unless you want stress along with a TV that has not been fixed properly with hundreds of dollars wasted, Kalvin will only do just that! As far as I'm concerned my SAMSUNG 75" TV was not repaired properly, if this was the case it would be in working order for more then 3 months. It was repaired back in mid February and 3 months later down again. Now, I have asked Kalvin to repair it free of charge and refuses to do this for me. "Quality Parts" he States that he uses? Bologna!!!! STAY AWAY! $475 LOSS!!!!!

Kelvin took my TV away, fixed it (burnt-out backlights), and returned it within about 5 hours. Communication was fine, he was very friendly and respectful when in my home, and the estimate I was given was the final price. So what if there is no storefront?
