★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, called and sent a picture of my tv showing the issue (had a blackened vertical stripe center of tv) and received quote, Francis had come to my place to pick up my 65" tv and had fixed within 2 days and stayed true to quote. Really happy with the outcome and service feels like a new tv and will reach out to lcdmasters again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Impressed! I needed parts to fix my LCD TV (Back-light issues) and thankfully came across the LCD Masters website. Great prices, the only place in the GTA even, Canada I could find parts to repair my TV. I could find plenty of places in the US but prices are high and shipping charges exorbitant and you're looking at a 4 week turnaround minimum. I was able to pick up the parts locally (tons of inventory there too btw). And when I diagnosed the wrong component that failed, they had no issue with me returning and swapping for the right part. Thanks Francis and all, you made my TV repair an inexpensive and enjoyable experience.

Sadly to say, there is no honesty here.
Use common sense before you choose to hire.
You will be sadly disappointed as I was.
As for the 5 Star reviews?
I see a dump! Very Shifty! Scammy Practices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed in their service. I dropped off my 3 year old 50" RCA TV because had no picture. They said they would have to look inside to diagnosis problem so I left it with them. i specifically told them to give me an estimate so I can determine whether it was worth repairing. After 4 days when I did not hear them I finally got a hold of them and they said it was the backlights and they replace them but the picture was not clear and that there were other parts that needed replacing but not available and therefore TV was not repairable. Then they offered me to purchase one of their refurbished TV for $200 which ofcourse I declined. I lost all trust in these people and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a refurbished television here which may as well have been new. It was in pristine condition - and the team set it up and tested it out for me before making the sale. I got a great price on a tv which would have cost me three times as much in other stores, and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a television. THANK YOU! The TV’s set up and looks FANTASTIC!
