★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, removed hair completely uneven made me look like I had tiger stripes. moved back to bc almost a year ago and have been fighting with them for a refund of the pre paid treatments I never used. owed almost 1800 and cant even get them to return a phone call!
