N	Natasha Cann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean & spacious. Hot Breakfast was a great treat. The staff are the friendliest & kindest "family" I have seen in my travels (I travel alot). Through this Pandemic they have cleaned rooms more then they should have & for long term stayers in my past a room was cleaned 1 or 2 times a week but they exceeded that expectation. It would be a great add on if the hotel asked or placed a sign for quiet vehicles only to park alongside the hotel room windows so guest wouldn't abruptly wake to loud vehicles in the early hours!

Walking distance to BPs, McDonald's, Mary Brown's and Tim Hortons, and the liquor store if that's your thing. Pet friendly, big field out back for the hound to run. Will definitely stay here again when I return to B-Ville
R	Rochelle Coady on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleagues and I travel to Bonnyville often for work. We decided to try a new hotel so we decided on the comfort inn. The hotel itself is nice but the service was TERRIBLE I've never been so disrespected by in my life. We tried to get breakfast but the manager was very rude to say no. A co worker was attempting to get some service from the front desk he waited a good 10 minutes but nobody came so he rang the bell like 3 times the woman can charging from the room they were sitty in having a good breakfast while they had customers waiting. Told him he can ring the bell only once and she said she'll kick us out at anytime. As a group we would go down for coffee not once did we get a smile or a good morning just dirty looks and whispering. The only one who was nice was a gentleman named Jeffrey he was so nice to all of us very welcoming. We will NEVER stay at the comfort inn again.

We were accused of having a dog in our room because they found one puppy treat on the floor that fell out of my bag. They tried to keep our $500 deposit because of this and I had to convince him for over half an hour that we did not have a dog with us. The front desk people were all very rude to us for the full 4 days we were there, other than the one male, he was somewhat polite and had decent customer service. Would not recommend.
J	Jessica Marthino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon checking in today with my mom we didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff, they weren’t accommodating in the slightest. Rooms are dark when you walk in, they don’t smell clean, they down dust anything… the microwave was dirty, the towels don’t smell like they’ve been through the washer, there’s hairs in the bathroom, there’s no kitchenette, the outside bbq is very dirty has a wheel missing also it’s slanted when you cook, the grill hasn’t been cleaned either, cigarette butts everywhere and as previous housekeeper for years I know the rooms weren’t dusted very good and the sheets didn’t smell good or fresh. There’s also a few mousetraps on the main floor I don’t doubt there’s mice coming in and are bugs. Welcome to the discomfort in! Come one and leave all!!

Included packed breakfast that you order the night before is awesome and very much appreciated, it's placed out on time as well. Fridge and microwave in room sure is handy when working out of town. Complimentary microwaveable popcorn, even had turkey and rice soup the one night as it was really cold. Feel right at home here, will definitely be booking back here again next time I'm working in town.
