I had some issued getting on the the wifi they were so kind and patient with me. I would totally stay there again. Breakfast was so yummy and lots of choices.

Check in is always a breeze, rooms are always clean. Definitely one of my go to hotels, and always a very fair price.
W	W Meikle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean rooms friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast that includes a pancake machine, coffee with all the fixings including flavored creams. There is fresh water and juices. Milk and chocolate milk. Yogurt. Instant oatmeal bananas, bread for toast and some muffins. Then in "steam tables" there is bacon, eggs,(scrambled and hotel style omlettes), sausages, hashbrowns, tea biscuits and sometimes baked brown beans and mashed potatoes. The breakfasts is located right on the main floor adjacent to the front lobby check in desk area.
S	Stephenie R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately very disappointed with this hotel. I am part of the IHG family and friends and expected this Holiday Inn to hold up to their brand standard. Customer service wasn’t helpful, there is a large amount of mold in the gym and none of the equipment in the gym worked. We had planned to stay here Dec 24-27 but ended up having to check out Christmas morning. This hotel is definitely not up to the brand standards that a Holiday Inn is supposed to be. Not cleanly at all and our bathroom had splatter all over the mirrors when we went in. It was very obvious that the room wasn’t sanitized before we got there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
G	Ginny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation and some management that truly cares. Not at all what I would expect from the Holiday Inn brand. Carpets were stained and needed replacing from the lobby to the elevators right into our room. While the rooms are large, our room was not up to my cleanliness expectations, as there were leftover ramen noodles on the sink surround in the kitchen area and the walls needed a good wash. The plug for the tub was broken as well. Many items in the fitness center were damaged and broken, leaving options limited for working out while away from home. When I notified the front desk staff of the broken equipment, I was met with literal eye rolls, indicating the lack of support from management the staff are getting. They've obviously heard this a hundred times and the information is falling on deaf ears. The staff were accommodating for small requests, such as extra coffee pods and cutlery, so no complaints there. The hot tub was also broken. The breakfast was decent, with a few different options that were more interesting than the normal boxed scrambled eggs. Overall, while the rooms were a decent price, I would not stay here again. I would rather pay an extra 20 bucks a night for a fully functioning experience.
L	Linds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to be patient and understanding during covid but I find that certain businesses are using covid as an excuse. We were encouraged to not use housekeeping during our stay because of staffing shortages. I am ok with this generally but the room wasn't very clean to begin with and not set up for a family of four. We had to set up the bed and chase down extra towels. If you can't offer the services that your brand promises then discount the rate along with an apology. I have extensive experience in the hospitality business so I can speak from professional experience. Breakfast was very good considering the take and go experience. Lobby area was kept clean in slushy weather.

Really like the feature of plugs at the base of the lamp and on top of night stand. No need to move any furniture to charge a phone. Love the LED on top of the headboard. Very nice breakfast and friendly service, especially compares another hotel in the same tier in town.
