★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did my taxes as a newcomer to canada with them and paid for the 20$ package. my taxes have not been reviewed yet, it has been more than a month, my other newcomer friend sent his taxes via mail and has already got a refund, there is something wrong with this service and the support is not helpful at all, they have no information and their answers are so general. will not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TurboTax is a scam. No other country has created a multi billion dollar industry around doing taxes. Most places the government just sends you a number. They lobby the government so that they will make the tax code more complicated and drive more people to “free” turbo tax which is 1000% not free.
