This fit perfectly into my week disconnecting from work and I highly recommend multiple ocean plunges! Will definitely be back.

We did the sunset sauna with aroma therapy at Mackenzie Beach Resort where Jordan met us and gave us a lovely tutorial of the facility prior to our session. Who knew 90 minutes would go by so quickly! We highly recommend. :)

Beautifully made, was so refreshing and toasty - loved stocking the fire and using the cold shower. Two hours was a perfect amount of time for the rental and loved pouring the water over the rocks and making super steamy. Would definitely do it again next time we are in Tofino - what a great idea!

Cox Bay was an extra cold plunge, and the cold hose in the sauna was an added touch for extra humidity and a quick cook-off mid sauna session. We'll definitely be back again!
C	Collin M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hot/cold repeat you can find, maybe anywhere. The sauna get plenty hot 140°C+ (if you want it to) and the day we had was a slightly sprinkling cool spring day. The scamper across the beach to the water felt so amazing as you’re running towards nothing but the beautiful Pacific Ocean surrounded by rain forest. If you can’t find peace here….

From the moment we arrived we were met by a Tuff City Sauna member who was already getting our fire prepared and he thoroughly walked us through the sauna, and all its features. The sauna was so beautifully crafted and yet so comfortable with all these amazing and thoughtful features hidden throughout (shower located in the sauna to cool yourself/walls down, little air vents to create more air flow, essential oils, etc.). The best part was being right next to the ocean, which allowed us to take a couple of cold plunges in the pacific ocean and the contrast between hot and cold was incredible. I loved how private it felt and you also had access to this beautiful deck that you can sit and relax at before/after your session and enjoy the view. My body and mind felt so at ease and relaxed after this experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting and would definitely do this again!
