★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No idea how they got my number, but they texted me at 8:30 PM on a Friday to offer me a job? I already have a great job and am not looking, and from these comments I am certain whatever they pay wouldn't even be half what I'm making now.
Gotta love a hiring process that consists of replying a single letter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked here for 1.5 years. Pay for bilingual booking.com agents $ 17.50, unilinguals $ 15.50. I'd say they solidly operate in middle range of call centers servicing. $ 36 Walmart gift card for Christmas. Work is very meticulous in terms of guidelines, but agreeable with colleagues and customers.
I love the TTEC thermocup-parting present, same for the light backpack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended! Stay away from this place! They publish vague job offers, don't tell you what you are going to do until you are on training and what you have to do isn't on the job description they published.
System was unstable and if you can't connect because their system is unstable, they don't pay you those ours. Worst management I have ever seen in my career life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HOPE THE « «HEAD OFFICE » FOR THIS COMPANY WILL READ MY COMMENT AND REVIEW THEIR OFFICE SERVICE IN CANADA/MONTREAL‼️ I worked for this company more than enough to make this review. They are threaten their employees to do more than what they supposed to do and ask them do sales, trouble shooting, costumer service all at the same time and keep giving pressure if you don’t follow their orders one by one. No place for mistakes or no places for complaints!!! They treat you like a dog!! People are quitting their jobs almost every week because of the pressure! Being manager requires to create friendly environment and also support their employees mentally so they can be productive. I don’t know any singe person that works for this company and they are happy!!! Horrible!! This is clearly abusing people. Uneducated managers who doesn’t know how to handle to situation but only give pressure unprofessional team leaders ... do not waste your time with this company. You will never step up and they will use you until your last single energy.

Best atmosphere to work ...Am happy I started working in TTec and not moved back to my country.
I was so demotivated when I moved from my home country and was not able to find something good which matching my skills .. I was about to pack my bags back... But guess what one fine day I got a call from TTEC talent team .. Started working and loved working here ..So much communication and connection for remotely working employees as well. Day to day communication events and so much to keep us engage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m grateful for TTEC for the growth and experience I made trough those 4 years.
We have had fun working, we smiled, but we also struggled and cried. At those points, the dark side comes up.
Problems, I guess every company, are facing some. The last year, every problem we faced were ignored. Total Silence.
Despite the communications, employees are left without ressources and ends up burned out at some point.
That was my case… with all the gratitude I had for the company, everything was ruined when I was left on my own, to deal with my down. The only inquiry? Was for me to have some medical document. Inquiry about how them employee is feeling, which was qualified as a “leader”, which got a certification about the best team leader in Canada in 2020? Nothing. Again, silence.
How can such an employee become the other opposite in only 1 year?
Nevermind, when everything is going well you are the hero, at the moment something goes wrong, you are the fault.
Pretty nice picture of our current society, but I decided to stop playing.
To finish, I ended with my job, ignored, and when you are asking about some next steps, you get a standard answer to open a “ticket”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love working for TTEC! Everything from the hiring process and interviews to training were great. TTEC kept in touch throughout with calls and texts to make the process easy. Now that I'm working for TTEC I'm having a great time. Management is wonderful and very approachable, as well as supportive. There are lots of ways to connect with my colleagues through social programs as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be warned: yes it is a work at home job and that is the only good thing about it. The Pay is low and does not compensate with the stress and humiliation from furious angry customers. I Waited for over two months just for TTEC to schedule an interview. Got assigned to an exercise machine account and Training was the only ok part but after that, they put you in calls (or emails if you have an accent). The best team leaders left the company mainly because of being underpaid and all there is left is a bunch of weird, inconsiderate "leaders" who are just as clueless. So if you are planning to work here, please do yourself a favor and Stay away. Tons of jobs out there.
