★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great bottle depot! I came here once when it was under construction and even then things were efficient and clean. I went again recently when construction was complete and it was super clean, the staff were friendly, and honestly it's one of my favorite depots. It's also a convenient location when I do a Costco run. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow this place is awesome. Pulled up my car and the guy comes out with a cart and takes my bottles in for me and counts them..never seen before 5 star service from a bottle depot! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for the past 2 years (previously going to Fishcreek where I regularly got ripped off), and felt it's about time to review this place. They are very polite, friendly, and most importantly, refund exactly what I should be getting.
I dropped in last week and noted the place being under renovations. I was asked to stay in my vehicle as they took my bags in and brought money to me. I laughed that I could get used to this type of service, though I've seen them help seniors bring their bags inside. I look forward to seeing the changes they're making inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always enjoy dropping off my bottles here. On this visit, the staff was very helpful. I arrived with around 30 bags of bottles. I brought in my first cart and returned to my car. When I returned, staff members had come over to my side of the counter and were opening my bags and putting the bottles on the sorting table. I brought two more carts in and while I was doing that, the staff had unloaded my first two carts.
The depot is never busy, and the staff is always friendly and very quick to sort the bottles. I would recommend them, but I worry that if everyone finds out how good they are, the lines may become a lot longer!
Update: They are renovating, changing the orientation of the counters, new walls and floors. Lineups are not frequent and staff are still very pleasant. *Watching the bottle count LIVE is a good feature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting to really come along nicely!! The girls at the front counter are nice and greet you as you come in. I love the stone tile they have on the walls and it's nice to have a sink to wash your hands after the sticky bottles!! Keep up the great work!!

The new floors looks great, the new sink and hand washing section is very appreciated.
