★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a popular stair climb location. This can be an issue with heavy duty fitness crowd running up and down if you are a slow walker.
It is a longer climb back up then many would think . The bottom ends up on the beach and allows access down in front of all the beach houses.
For new people to BC all ocean front 6 feet above the high water mark is public land.
After that it is Private so respect the people who live there.
The exception down by the Ferry terminal which Native peoples land.
