β β β β β True north cargo is an outstanding, professional, and cautious company which truly provide their costumers with the right adequate tools to have a successful move. I am very impressed and grateful for their work! Nico especially was a very kind and competent young man who allowed the move to be super easy! I wish more moving companies had people like him who care about their consumers.

β β β β β This company was hired to deliver a wall bed to me, they communicated the delivery well and our building manager said they were the best movers he had ever seen... he sees a lot of movers! They organized the 53 boxed pieces so as the installers requested, so things didn't have to be moved around to make space for them to work. Great work!

β β β β β We used their service twice now (and probably couple more) and we can't be more happy with how attentive, polite and professional they were.
Everything from scheduling, options and prices were very straightforward, no sugar coating and reasonable. Remy & Wilfred particularly were very friendly and making sure everything is in good order (as instructed) before they leave. Highly recommended!

β β β β β I purchased a couch from a company that uses True North Cargo as their delivery service. I was impressed from the first phone call as they were courteous, professional and very organized. On delivery day, they were respectful of my home and were careful not to damage anything. My furniture was set up very quickly and they made sure everything worked as it should. The delivery people were very polite, dressed professionally and looked respectable. They went above and beyond in working around my schedule and I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time True North has delivered Furniture and they are incredible to deal with. Both times, they were very:
Communicative....they call you with a day before to give you a 3 hour window frame and follow up with a call/text half an hour before arrival.
Respectful....they were masked and took their shoes off before entering. This included putting them back on each time they went to the truck and taking them off again EACH time they re-entered the home.
Professional....I have a tricky staircase and they were very careful to ensure the furniture did not touch or mar the walls, communicating very carefully with each other to ensure the walls were not touched and that they were being safe.
If you need anything hauled or moving homes, I'd highly recommend Thinesh and his team.

β β β β β We had a new bed delivered. They delivered and set up the new bed as well as removing the old one. These were huge heavy headboards etc and the guys were so careful not to dent walls or leave any mess. They were polite, masked and really pleasant. They made sure we were satisfied with the new bed set up as well as the quality and placement before they left. To have everything delivered, set up of new bed and removal of all packing as well as the old bed we felt the price was fair and the service made it even more worth it. We would use them again happily.
