★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website says they service all over Greater Kingston Area but then they charge a $20 travel charge if you need service on your unit (which you will). They will nickel and dime you before they finish the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Labour Day weekend and on top of everything else, we woke up to find our AC was on the fritz! After a recommendation from a friend, we called True Comfort and within the hour, Mike had come over and replace the capacitor on our AC unit. With the temp being 32 degrees today we were so thankful. It's predicted that the temperature will be equally as high the rest of the week, so I'm so thankful for the timely and effective response to our issue. Our new baby and I will be comfortable during the day, and dad is relieved to know all is well at the house! Thanks again to Mike and the team at True comfort. You have loyal customers for life in us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience, unable to give quote for jobs, say will bill me after. Came in to repair boiler linens change over gas line. Now my hot water tank doesn't work as soon as they leave. They are saying I need to replace all my gas lines as the lines arent big enough. This is after they just changed more than half of the lines. They were to come and hook up my new stove, didn't give me a time didn't call ahead and now are saying will charge me for the call as they arrived and I wasn't there. This is a rental property I am not always there and they were well aware. Will never deal with then again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an ancient gas furnace replaced. Can't believe what a neat job they did removing the old equipment and setting up the new one in a fraction of the space. The work site was cleaned up and the job done in one day. Happy overall and also to have a new quiet efficient furnace.

Recommended a system specific to our needs.
The installation crew was courteous and efficient. Addressed any concerns or questions. They had all materials on hand or delivered to the site same day.
After the installation, a technician went over the equipment, made any adjustments or finishing touches. Gave detailed explanations and instructions.
It's not everyday that you install a new heating system and we had concerns about how it would go. Their installation was close to seamless.
The True Comfort team did an outstanding job.
