★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my Mazda 3 for a noisy exhaust and they said they repaired 2 different spots but the car is almost as loud as when I brought it there to get fixed . Very disappointed in this business and advise customers to take there repairs somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our way to Banff from Montreal our RV broke down. It’s a ford E350 2006 class C RV. the ford dealer next door refused to help us (did not have time). Told us to go see if True-center could help (their only good advice). The lady at True center took us in even if they were not opened yet. Found the problem, ordered the part and got the mechanic to install it. We were out before they were officially opened. Thank you. You saved our trip!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mufflers replaced on the car with magnaflows units for a deeper/ louder note. They used cheap metal/ or bad welds and the mufflers fell off after 3 years. The driver side section fell off and the passenger side broke at the muffler connection which I tried to bandaid with a clamp. They chopped up my stock mufflers so I couldn't put those on in the mean time.
I've went to them over the years with various cars, but this was just poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am continuing to have to keep fixing things that Canadian tire said they fixed but didnt. Tru center has been wonderful to deal with, and their customer service is impeccable. Great garage!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love these people!! They are amazing at what they do.. we have 3 vehicles, and unless it's something they can't do(which isn't much-they do almost anything) they are the only ones who touch our vehicles. Highly recommend!!
